Every cylinder is measured, bored to fit the new piston and honed with the correct crosshatch so the rings seat. Then we resurface the deck so the head gasket seals tight — even on boosted engines.

Precision isn't improvised — it's built on serious machines. We run a vertical boring machine for cylinders and fire rings, a surfacing mill for heads and blocks, a crankshaft grinder, a pneumatic valve bench and an ultrasonic tank. That's why shops send us the jobs others can't do.
Vertical cylinder boring machine
Bores every cylinder to the exact piston size, perfectly square to the crank. The same machine cuts fire ring grooves for boosted and diesel engines.
Head & block surfacing mill
Leaves heads and block decks perfectly flat, using a dial indicator so we only remove what's needed. The foundation of a perfect gasket seal.
Crankshaft grinder
Grinds main and rod journals to exact undersize, ready for polishing and balancing. Few shops in Miami have one in-house.
Fire ring grooving
We machine a groove around each cylinder for a sealing ring that holds turbo and diesel cylinder pressure without blowing the gasket.
